Halloween fun

We have been have early Halloween fun.  Our ward party was Friday, We all dresses up, Jacob was a Transformer (Bumblebee), Adalaide was a tiger and I was a Doll.  We had a good time.  Jacob ate the donut off the string.  There was a chili cook off so I ate to much but thoroughly enjoyed it. They also had a room a treat so the kids already have a bunch of candy.  They were wild all night.  Adalaide was also very fascinated with the Jack-o-lanterns.   We also have decorated our pumpkins.  I didn't want to carve them that is no fun for the kids.  So we all got messy paper macheing them.  I just cut up the paper and let them take the drippy gluey pieces and stick them on.  They picked shapes for the faces and we stuck them on.  They are quite proud.

HOW adorable! Great idea for paper mache (or whatever that's spelled like). I had my ward halloween party friday too...it was funny because we got decked out in costume to go and when we got there...there were only two other adults in costume...both women. And Jimmy was dressed, or cross-dressed I should say, as a witch- had a stuffed bra and all...he was a bit embarrassed- especially when they did the costume parade and we paraded around with all the little kids. It was quite hilarious. You make a great doll, by the way! I'll put pictures of Halloween up as soon as I can on my blog!

The kids look great! I am sure they will have a great time. Are they doing any sort of trick or treating on halloween night?

I love your family's blog. It is neat to get posts from both Zac and Cami. You have such a sweet family, and you're all so photogenic. I admire all you do and all your strength. Excellent job with the costumes and pumpkins, Cami!
